- Who is it for?
- Solo agents, team leads and brokerage owners: anyone who pays for leads and loses some of them to slow or forgotten follow-up. It is built for the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- How do I get started?
- Two ways. Starter, Pro and Brokerage are self-serve — pick a plan on the pricing page and you are running. Or book a demo first: tell us your team size and current tools, we show you Darbase on your own listings and leads, and our team handles the migration and the portal and WhatsApp setup with you.
- Do I need the WhatsApp Business API today?
- No. Today Darbase gives you the CRM, structured client profiles, the matching engine and automated follow-ups. The unified inbox is built — it activates when you connect your WhatsApp Business account. We label what works immediately versus what needs a channel connection so you always know exactly what you're getting.
- How is pricing structured?
- One price a month for your workspace, with seats included, plus usage you can see before you send. The pricing page lists every plan, the extra-seat price and every rate.
- Can my whole team use it?
- Yes. Invite teammates, assign roles and permissions, and keep every lead and conversation in one shared workspace so nothing falls between people.
