- Who is it for?
- Brokerages and real estate developers. Brokers get matching, an AI concierge and a self-running pipeline; developers get unit inventory, reservations, collections and after-sales.
- How long does it take to get started?
- It depends on how much data you bring and which channels you connect. You import your contacts and listings and connect your channels, and we help you with each step.
- Which channels does it connect to?
- WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS and email in one shared inbox, plus Google and Outlook calendars.
- Can I try it now?
- Yes. Starter, Pro and Brokerage are self-serve: pick a plan on the pricing page and you are running the same day. If you would rather see it working first, book a demo and we will run it on your own listings and leads.
- How is it priced?
- One price a month per workspace, with seats included, for brokerages, lettings firms and developers. Every plan, the extra-seat price and every unit rate is published on the pricing page, generated from the same catalogue the product bills against.
- Does it work with Property Finder and Bayut leads?
- Yes — your Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle enquiries come into the same shared inbox as WhatsApp and Instagram, so no lead is stranded in a portal tab. We set your portals up with you during onboarding.
