Pricing and billing
- How do seats work?
- Each plan includes a number of seats. A seat is one person who can sign in. Add a seat for $39 a month, up to the plan's limit: 3 on Starter, 15 on Pro, 50 on Brokerage, 10 on Lettings and 50 on Developer. A new seat is charged at once, pro rata. A removed seat stops at the end of the billing period.
- What counts as usage?
- Your plan includes 300 AI replies per seat each month. Past that, each AI reply costs 5 credits ($0.05). With an empty wallet the AI stops and the inbox goes manual. 1 credit = 1 US cent. WhatsApp is billed by Meta directly, with nothing added. SMS goes through your own provider at 0 credits.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. A plan change applies at once and the difference is pro rata. You can add a seat at any time and remove one for the end of the period.
- When do I start paying?
- After the 14-day trial. The trial needs no card. When it ends, your workspace is read-only until you choose a plan: your data is kept and messages still arrive, but nothing is sent, no AI runs and nothing can be changed.
- Do you offer a yearly discount?
- Yes. Yearly is 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. The full year is charged at the start.
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- US dollars or UAE dirhams. At checkout, Stripe uses dirhams for a customer in the UAE and US dollars for other customers. Prices exclude VAT.
- What does Developer cost?
- $399 a month with 15 seats, 100 active units and 25 doors. Each active unit above 100 costs $2 a month and each door above 25 costs $1.50 a month, billed monthly in arrears. Onboarding is optional at $1,500 one time, and free on a yearly plan.
