What a plan includes

Each plan is one price a month for your workspace. It includes a number of seats and 300 AI replies per seat each month. Every price on the pricing page is what the billing system charges. Prices exclude VAT. The prices in this article are in US dollars; a customer who pays in dirhams pays the dirham prices on the pricing page.

Seats

A seat is one person who can sign in. The Seats section shows the seats you have and the seats in use. A pending invitation holds a seat. When every seat is in use, add one for $39 a month. The new seat is charged at once, pro rata. A removed seat stops at the end of the billing period. Each plan has a seat limit; above it, move to the next plan. During the trial, before you choose a plan, you can add people up to the limit at no charge.

Use Choose a plan. A plan change applies at once and the difference is pro rata.

Trial and read-only

Every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day trial and no card. When the trial ends without a payment, the workspace is read-only until you choose a plan. Your data is kept. You can sign in, read and export, and messages still arrive. But nothing is sent, no AI runs and nothing can be changed. The same applies to a past-due account after its grace period, until you pay.

Credits

1 credit = 1 US cent. Credits pay for AI replies past your allowance, at 5 credits ($0.05) each. One AI reply or one AI draft for one customer message counts once. With an empty wallet the AI stops and the inbox goes manual. Buy them with Buy credits in the Usage section, in packs of 2,000, 5,000 or 20,000 credits, in the currency of your subscription. Credits do not expire while your account is open.

WhatsApp and SMS

Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages; Darbase adds nothing. Add a payment method for WhatsApp in Meta Business Suite. Since 1 October 2026, Meta also charges for replies inside the 24-hour window, including the AI's replies, at its utility rate. SMS goes through your own SMS provider account at 0 credits; WhatsApp and email work without it.

Doors and active units

Pro, Brokerage, Lettings and Developer include a number of doors, and Developer also includes 100 active units. Each door above the included count costs $1.50 a month, and each active unit above 100 costs $2 a month. They are counted at the end of the month and billed once a month, in arrears, on their own invoice, whatever your subscription interval. They are not charged during the trial or while the workspace is read-only.

Invoices

Open Manage billing to download every invoice as a PDF and to update your payment details. Stripe asks for your company address and your tax registration number at checkout, so they are on every invoice.
