Import your listings

Last updated October 14, 2026

You can import a portfolio from CSV or XLSX. The import is deliberately strict about a few fields, because a listing that imports with the wrong price or the wrong area is worse than one that fails loudly.

Prepare the file

One row per unit. The importer needs, at minimum:

  • Reference — your own identifier. Used to match on re-import, so keep it stable.
  • Price and currency, as separate columns. A cell reading AED 2,400,000 will be rejected; 2400000 and AED will not.
  • Area and area unit (sqm or sqft), again separate.
  • Status — available, reserved, sold, withdrawn.

Arabic title and description are their own columns rather than a translation of the English ones. See Arabic listing fields.

Steps

  1. Open CRM → Import data, select Properties, and upload the file.
  2. Map your columns. The mapping is remembered, so the second import is faster.
  3. Review the preview. Rows that would fail are listed with the reason before anything is written.
  4. Import. Re-importing the same reference updates the listing rather than creating a duplicate.

What the importer will not do

It will not guess a currency, an area unit or a status. If a column is missing, those rows are reported rather than filled in with a default.
