Save a set of filters as a view

A filter you rebuild every morning is a filter you eventually stop using.

Save one

1. Filter the inbox or the contact list however you want it.
2. Choose Save view and give it a name people will recognise — "Hot, Dubai Marina, unassigned" beats "View 3".
3. It is private by default.

Publish to the team

Managers can publish a view to the whole desk. Published views appear for everyone and can only be edited by a manager, which is deliberate: a view the desk relies on should not change because one person adjusted a filter.

They live in the address bar

Applying a view updates the URL, so you can bookmark it, send it in a message, or reopen it tomorrow exactly as you left it. A filtered list you cannot link to is a filtered list you cannot ask somebody else to look at.
