Publish listings to the portals

Portal leads reach Darbase today. Listing publication does not, yet. It is worth being precise about that before you plan around it.

What works now

• Lead emails. Forward your portal lead emails to your Darbase address. Each enquiry from Property Finder, Bayut or Dubizzle opens a conversation in the inbox.
• A listing feed for Bayut and Dubizzle. Darbase builds one feed for both portals, and each portal reads it from a private link. Bayut has not confirmed the feed format yet.

What does not work yet

• Publishing listings to Property Finder. That code is built, but it is not yet tested against Property Finder's live API.
• Status changes made in a portal's own dashboard do not come back into Darbase.

The current state per portal is on the integrations pages, and the direction is on the roadmap. Both are updated when it changes, so trust those over anything you were told in a demo.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and copy your lead-capture email address.
2. In your Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle accounts, add that address as a lead-notification recipient.
3. Send a test enquiry and check that it opens a conversation in the inbox.
