Google Calendar
A viewing a client books at 9pm has to reach the agent's phone, and an agent's dentist appointment has to stop the next booking landing on top of it. Both directions matter; only one of them is usually built.
What you can do with it
- Viewings and appointments sync to the agent's calendar
- Existing busy time blocks new booking slots
- Reschedules and cancellations made in Darbase update the calendar event
How to set it up
- Connect the agent's Google account
- Choose which calendar to write to
- Set working hours and slot length
