Start the AI concierge from a template

Templates arrive knowing the domain, so you are choosing between "off-plan sales concierge" and "after-hours receptionist" rather than between "sales agent" and "support agent".

The six

• Listing enquiry — portal and ad enquiries: qualify, search inventory, offer a viewing.
• Off-plan sales — payment plans, handover dates, escrow. Escalates anything about contracts or discounts.
• Rental / leasing — availability, rent, deposit, renewals.
• After-hours reception — greets, captures the enquiry, promises a callback. The one template where full autonomy is the point.
• Landlord / seller intake — valuation requests.
• Viewing follow-up — feedback and re-booking. Starts in draft mode, because tone matters most here.

Applying one does not switch it on

A template prefills the settings form. You read the persona and the escalation keywords, edit anything you want, and save. Nothing your clients see changes until you do.

After you save

Use the sandbox before real conversations reach it. It reads your live data and writes nothing, so you can hold a conversation and see which capabilities the concierge would have used.
