Build your first automation

The automation almost every brokerage wants first is: answer new leads outside working hours, then hand the good ones to a person in the morning.

Build it

1. Automations → New.
2. Trigger: a new lead arrives.
3. Condition: outside working hours. This reads your desk's own hours, not a fixed clock.
4. Action: hand to the AI concierge.
5. Condition: the concierge graded it hot.
6. Action: assign to an agent, and create a follow-up task due the same day.

Read it as a diagram before switching it on

The Flow view draws the whole sequence, including each condition's early exit — what happens to the leads that do not match. That branch is the one people forget, and it is where cold leads silently disappear.

Runs are logged

Every run is recorded with what fired and what it did. If an automation did something you did not expect, the run log tells you which branch it took rather than leaving you to guess.
