E-signature
A document on a transaction can be signed in the transaction portal, without leaving Darbase. Signing a developer's buyer documents is not finished yet.
What works today
Live today: send a transaction document for signature. Each signer gets a private link and signs in the transaction portal. Darbase records the time and the IP address of each signature, and marks the checklist step done. This is a simple electronic signature, so check that it meets the legal rules for your document. Not yet: e-signature on a developer's buyer documents. That flow starts, but it does not complete.
What you can do with it
- Send a transaction document for signature from the transaction it belongs to
- See signature status without having to ask anyone
- The checklist step is marked done when everyone has signed
How to set it up
- Open the transaction and add the document
- Choose who signs it
- Share the private signing link with each signer
