One-click WhatsApp onboarding
Connecting your WhatsApp number in a single flow is built and working on our side. It cannot be switched on until Meta completes its review of our app, and that review sits with them.
Sending lead quality back to Meta
Telling Meta which click-to-WhatsApp leads actually turned into good ones, so it can optimise for those instead of for volume. The pipeline is built and waits on the same review.
Two-way portal sync
Lead emails from Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle already reach the inbox. The work in progress is publishing listings to the portals and bringing status changes back into Darbase.
Electronic signature
Transaction documents can already be signed in the transaction portal. The work in progress is e-signature on a developer's buyer documents.
ZATCA e-invoicing
Built. Live clearance stays off until a Saudi tax adviser signs off and the tenant has a ZATCA certificate.

Directions we are weighing. Nothing here is a commitment and nothing here has a date.

Ejari and Ejar filing
Filing a tenancy registration from the tenancy record instead of re-keying it elsewhere. Regulatory integrations are exacting, so we are scoping this carefully before committing to it.
