Every plan is one price a month. It includes a number of seats, 300 AI replies per seat each month, the inbox, the CRM and the AI concierge. Add seats when you need them. Prices exclude VAT.

14-day free trial on every self-serve plan. No card needed. After 14 days the workspace is read-only until you choose a plan.
The currency switch changes only the prices on this page. At checkout, Stripe charges a customer in the UAE in dirhams and other customers in US dollars.

The working brokerage. Portal leads, lead ads, scoring, seller intelligence and lettings.
Multi-team operations. Team management and lead routing on top of Pro.
Fifty seats or more, Opus analysis, invoiced billing and written support terms.

Editions
Lettings and Developer are priced for a different shape of business. Each meters on the thing that drives its work: doors or active units.
For managed rental portfolios: tenancies, service charges and a per-door rate.
For off-plan developers: inventory, reservations and payment plans, with a per-unit rate.
Every row comes from the entitlement matrix that the product enforces at runtime. So nothing here can advertise a capability that your account then refuses.

Each plan includes a number of seats. A seat is one person who can sign in. Add a seat for $39 a month, up to the plan's limit. You pay for a new seat at once, pro rata. A removed seat stops at the end of the billing period.
1 credit = 1 US cent. Credits pay for AI replies past your allowance, at 5 credits ($0.05) each. With an empty wallet the AI stops and the inbox goes manual. Buy them in packs of 2,000, 5,000, or 20,000 credits. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
Yes. A plan change applies at once and the difference is pro rata.
Yearly is 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. The page shows the yearly price per month. The full year is charged at the start.
Meta's price, nothing added. Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages, so you add a payment method in Meta Business Suite. Since 1 October 2026, Meta also charges for replies inside the 24-hour window, including the AI's replies, at its utility rate. Your subscription pays for the inbox.
Yes, through your own SMS provider account. Darbase charges 0 credits for SMS. WhatsApp and email work without it.
No. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at the rate that applies in your country.
You get 14 days on the plan you chose, with no card. After that your workspace is read-only until you choose a plan: your data is kept, you can sign in, read and export, and messages still arrive, but nothing is sent, no AI runs and nothing can be changed.
