Saudi listings show when their ad licence expires

In a Saudi workspace, listing and project pages now show the REGA ad licence number with its expiry date, in Gregorian and Hijri. When the licence lapses, the public page goes offline on its own and comes back at the same address after you renew. A licence number now needs its expiry date before you can publish.

Saved views, and filters that survive a refresh

Save any set of inbox or contact filters as a named view — private by default, or published to your whole team by a manager. Filters now live in the address bar, so a filtered list can be bookmarked, sent to a colleague, or reopened tomorrow exactly as you left it.

See an automation as a diagram, not a form

Automations now have a Flow view that draws the whole sequence — every step, and every point where a condition sends a conversation down a different path. The list view is still there when you want to edit.

Reports get a table of contents

Ten report sections now sit behind a side navigation instead of one long scroll, and each section has its own link you can send to someone.

Automations: triggers, conditions, actions and a run log

Build automations that fire on a new lead, an inbound message or a stage change; branch on conditions; then assign, tag, reply, or hand the conversation to the AI. Every run is logged, so you can see exactly what fired and what it did.

An automation template gallery you can search

Start from a ready-made automation instead of a blank page. Search reads the template text itself, so it works in Arabic as well as English.

Six AI concierge templates written for real estate

Listing enquiries, off-plan sales, rentals, after-hours reception, seller intake and viewing follow-up. Each arrives with a persona, escalation keywords and suggested knowledge, in both English and Arabic. Pick one, read what it will say, then switch it on.

    AI

  7. Aug 3

Test the AI before your clients do

A sandbox that reads your live data but writes nothing. Hold a conversation, see which capabilities the AI would have used, and adjust before anyone real is on the other end.

Teach the AI your own facts

A knowledge base you write and the concierge answers from — commission structure, payment plans, viewing policy, the areas you cover. It answers from what you told it, not from what it guessed.

    One switch per AI capability

Let it search inventory but not book. Let it book but not quote. Each capability is its own control rather than a single on/off for the whole assistant.

Lead grading, and what your ads really cost per good lead

Hot, warm or cold on every conversation — set by the AI, overridable by a human. Plus a per-ad report showing cost per hot lead rather than cost per click, which is the number that decides where the budget goes.

Click-to-WhatsApp ads carry their campaign through

A lead arriving from a WhatsApp ad now records which campaign and ad set it came from, so the report above can attribute it properly instead of filing it under “unknown”.

    The funnel, made visible

A dashboard showing where every open conversation sits in the pipeline, and who is carrying what. The question “what is actually happening this week” now has a screen.

    Faster on large portfolios

Query and index work across listings, imports and reminders. Bigger portfolios feel the difference most; nothing changed about what the screens show.

    Stronger sign-in and safer uploads

Sign-in now locks out after repeated failures, uploaded files are checked by their actual content rather than their filename, and outstanding dependency advisories were cleared.

    Lead conversion, merge and export

Turn a lead into a contact and a deal in one step, merge duplicates that arrived from different channels, and export to CSV whenever you want your data elsewhere.

Arabic listing fields, end to end

Titles and descriptions in Arabic as real fields rather than a translation bolted on afterwards — through listings, portal feeds and the public links you share with clients.

    The public site goes live

Pricing, security, integrations and legal published in full, and demo booking opens.
