SMS for the messages that have to arrive
Twilio SMS
SMS is not where a deal is negotiated. It is how you reach a client who has no data connection or does not use WhatsApp.
What you can do with it
- Messages that reach a phone with no internet connection
- Workflow reminders by SMS when the client's conversation is on SMS
- Delivery status recorded on each message
How to set it up
- Add your Twilio credentials
- Enter the Twilio number you send from
- Send a test message from the inbox
