   See an automation as a diagram, not a form

   Automations now have a Flow view that draws the whole sequence — every step, and every point where a condition sends a conversation down a different path. The list view is still there when you want to edit.

   Start from a ready-made automation instead of a blank page. Search reads the template text itself, so it works in Arabic as well as English.
